- Bachelor's degree or above. - From 2 to 5 years of experience in the same position. - V.good English level. - Good Microsoft office skills. - Excellent communications skills and problem-solving skills. - Age from 24 to 30 years old.
- Job Description :
1-Create and publish job ads in various portals. 2-Resume collection and screening. 3-Interview arrangement and assessment. 4-Design, distribute, and measure the results of candidate experience surveys. 5-Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates. 6-Handling employee entry and resignation procedures. 7-Update and maintain employees' files in compliance with the Egyptian labor law. 8-Prepare Social Insurance transactions and related work. 9-Calculate net salaries considering deductions and withholdings.
