- Job Requirements :-
- 2 : 4 years of experience in technical support.
- Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must.
- Very Good command of English Language (Written & Spoken).
- Knowledge of Information Protection and Cyber Security (is Preferred).
- Excellent communications skills.
- Excellent problem-solving &critical thinking skills.
- Efficient troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work cooperatively with other departments.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Work location is Hurghada.
