Job Description
Responsible for the recruitment team’s performance versus required stakeholders’ & clients’ deliverables, fully informing recruitment team on
all tasks, procedures and working instructions necessary in the execution of their daily tasks and duties, as well as maintaining overall quality
and defining knowledge gaps. A recruitment supervisor is also responsible for team’s morale, motivation & development.
