IT Support Engineer.

Job Description

-Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks,

printers and scanners.

-Provide technical support for incoming issues related to computer systems,

software, and hardware.

-Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.

-Follow up with end-users to ensure issue has been resolved.

-Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

-Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree of Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

1-3 experience in the same role.

Apple MAC operating system knowledge would be preferred.

MCSA and CCNA would be preferred.
