Hiring an administrative assistant at Sedra Electric

- Job Description :

- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule internal appointments.
- Organize internal meetings and sponsor the MEMOS.
- Follow up with the external meetings.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Manage Booking services.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Maintain the filing system.
- Assure maintaining office policies and procedures.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Provide general support to all clients (internal and external).
- Act as the focal point for internal and external clients.
- Follow up with the blue-collar office cleansing.
- Supervise pantry supplies.
- Mentor the blue-collar performance.

- Job Requirements :

- University degree (B.A.A. or equivalent).
- 2-4 years experience in administration practices.
- Time management, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Problem-solving and details oriented.
- Oral and writing Communication.
- Familiar with technology and all communication applications.
- Client’s satisfaction and services.
- Multi-tasking and strong organization skills.
- Any related courses or certificates.
- Location: 5th settlement.
- Working hours: 9-5 (Sunday-Thursday).
- Salary: 4500 EGP.
